Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (unless special order or back order) after recieving payment. Orders will be shipped out via Australia Post eParcel (or courier, depending on the items ordered or if requested by the customer). Please note this does not apply for purchases made during the weekend or public holidays as Australia Post eParcel is closed during these hours.

All orders are sent with tracking numbers. The tracking number is emailed to you automatically to your email address once the order(s) leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the Australia Post eParcel system.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Hoddywell Archery reserves the right to cancel any order/s.
