We are not required to provide a refund or return if you change your mind.
You may be influenced for a refund or a return based on second opinions from other individuals or other archery retailers, for example: a club coach, based on their opinion, saying that your archery equipment is not good or a staff member from another archery store saying that your archery purchase isn't correct and you should return your purchase and buy from them instead.
Please contact us on (08) 9574 2410 for refund authorization if goods are faulty from the manufacturer. We are not required to provided a refund or replacement for products that have become faulty or damaged due to third party modification/tuning.
When returning items, all product/tags/literature/promotional merchandise and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you only when the return is the result of our error or the goods are faulty.
When returning goods please include a copy of your proof of purchase, i.e. receipt/tax invoice and the reason for the return in writing.
Re-stocking fees apply to returned and cancelled orders.
Special Order Items:
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, corporate or school special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
